This is part of the old Hansen Ranch just outside Cranfills Gap, better know as the Gap. This 106 acre piece offers about a 35 acre coastal field with the rest being open pasture. It is completely fenced with a small pond that holds water except in a drought like we have now. There is about 2250 ft of Hwy 22 frontage and 956 ft. of county rd 4100 frontage on the west side.
